A martial arts school in Tri-Cities, WA and Hermiston, OR, TMAA has been a part of the community for nearly 20 years and offers training for students in traditional Okinawan Karate.

TMAA offers classes for adults, youth, and children of all ages and fitness levels. Our children’s program begins at age four (read more about our classes and offerings).

Youth Karate Program

Practical, easy and effective self-defense for students ages 7-12.

Cage Fitness

Our fitness program that focuses on endurance, strength, power, and core. This program is adaptable for anyone!

Teen and Adult Karate Program

The journey of Self-Defense and the art of okinawan Karate-Do for students 13 and up.

Lil' Dragons Program

This class is focused on fun, easy and effective self-defense for students ages 4-6. Lil’ Dragons builds a strong foundation for the Youth Karate Program.
